I LOV THE ART
Decent for as far as I got (~level 2?) but it feels like a LIMBO rip-off. It's one thing to be inspired by a great game and have that inspiration shine through, but this plays a little too close to home for it to feel authentic and original.
The music is nice at first but gets very monotonous quickly. It'd be nice to give players the option to mute the music, to mute music without muting sfx, and to also make a menu available to access in-game without completely ending the game. Didn't realize that that's what would happen when I clicked "menu," and now I don't want to play the game again.
Hey, nice job, guys!
Really like the music, the sound effects and the tutorial, but I think the levels could be better designed. It's lacks some principles that would make player experience better.
But, at end, it's a good game, principally for portfolio and a gamejam.
We're working on improvements to the game. Thank you very much for your evaluation of our game! =)
Opa, Francisco! Valeu, mano!
We're improving audio quality. Thanks for the feedback!
I loved this and the art style and music was probably the best part. Amazing Work :)
Thanks! :D
you need a help for translate to brazilian portuguese ?
Great vibe, love the music!
Thanks! :D
Loved it, it's pretty short, but has a good experience throughout. Love the music and especially the atmosphere. Really good work, that I could see being developed into a bigger game, but as it is, it is a fulfilling short experience. Great job!
This is the third game in the video
Thanks for the feedback! We are very happy, we love the video! ❤️
I loved the "Limbo" vibe of it. Nicely well done.
Vocês são brasileiros? Parabéns, gente! Adorei o logo do estúdio!
I like the graphycs, but please, you should fixed the movement and the animations!
Thanks for the feedback. We are correcting the animations. :)
Hello eloras! Rodrigo Vieira here, game designer and programmer of Urplace. Thanks for the feedback, we are already fixing the game bugs. Especially the movement ones. We itend to fix all the bugs and make Urplace bigger and better, with more puzzles and interactions! We were amazed by the how many people are playing the game, and we definitly want to move foward with Urplace!
this is great! :D loved the atmopshere and the game mechanics! such a nice feel of the game too :D awesome job on making this game :D
Thank you very much for the feedback, my friend. We love your video! ❤️
like
Thanks! :D
Very well done, especially for a gamejam submission, although I would consider replacing that heartbeat sound effect. On headphones it has this gross "crackle" to it that I couldn't not notice.
We will check that heartbeat sound effect.
Thank you very much for the feedback, my friend! :D
Thanks! You get that crackle if you cut the sound before the waveform hits the zero line. It's super obvious if you zoom in in Audacity (or whatever your tool of choice may be). Should be an easy fix!
Yes! We checked that, it was easy to edit in Audacity. Thanks again, my friend! :D
Urplace is short, but fun, with a very Limbo inspired look to it. It says a lot while only showing a little, giving a good "lost little girl" feeling during the adventure, and I can appreciate that. The music and general audio was nice as well.
Good job, devs.Thank you very much. We love your feedback on the game! We love your video! ❤️
Really cool game! Love the look and feel!
Thank you so much for playing our game and making a video. We love the video! ❤️
Very charming. Reminiscent of Limbo.
Thanks! ❤️
Very nice work. Had one bug but... nothing could stop me from finding home. :)
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE VIDEO, WE LOVED IT!!! ❤️❤️❤️
It was really cool playing your game. Keep up the sweet dev work! :)
